1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including CROA, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, state Credit Services Organization statutes, consumer-protection laws, or applicable international equivalents;
- make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated statements about credit-repair services, guaranteed outcomes, timelines, or credentials;
- advise or assist any consumer to make untrue or misleading statements to a credit reporting agency, creditor, government agency, or lender, or to alter their identifying information (including SSN, EIN, CPN, or address) for the purpose of obtaining credit or evading debt;
- facilitate the creation or use of “credit privacy numbers” (CPNs), synthetic identities, or file segregation schemes;
- collect fees in a manner prohibited by CROA or state law (including advance-fee prohibitions);
- engage in unauthorized credit pulls, identity theft, or misuse of consumer reports;
- send messages that violate anti-spam or anti-robocall laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CASL;
- upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
- distribute malware, ransomware, worms, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems;
- attempt to circumvent authentication, security, rate limiting, or access controls, or access data you are not authorized to access;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except under a written authorized-testing agreement;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or extract models, prompts, or training data;
- use the Services to build a competitive product or to benchmark against competitors;
- resell, sublicense, or share access other than as expressly permitted;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation;
- upload the sensitive personal information of any individual unless expressly permitted and covered by a signed Data Processing Addendum; or
- use the Services in life-critical, safety-critical, or high-risk applications for which the Services are not designed.
2. AI Content
You are responsible for any AI-generated content you review, adopt, or send. AI Output must be verified by a qualified human before being sent to a consumer, creditor, credit reporting agency, or government entity. AI Output must not be represented as attorney-authored or attorney-reviewed unless it truly is.
3. Messaging & Mail
All email, SMS, and physical mail sent via the Services must comply with applicable law and platform anti-abuse rules. Recipients must have provided prior express consent where required. You must honor opt-out requests promptly.
4. Reporting Abuse
To report a suspected AUP violation, security vulnerability, intellectual-property infringement (including DMCA notices), or unlawful content, please use our contact page. Include enough detail to allow us to investigate.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable offending content, throttle usage, suspend or terminate accounts, notify law enforcement, and cooperate with lawful investigations. We may act with or without prior notice, in our reasonable discretion, based on the severity and risk presented.
